• Appropriates $3,546,234.22 from general revenues to the Department of the Attorney General for judgment settlements and claims, including $1,750,000 to Brenda Persinger (Michael Ambrose estate), $450,000 to Jennifer Reber, and $442,504.75 to Maui Kupono Builders.

• Appropriates $1,250,000 from the state highway fund to the Department of Transportation for settlements including $1,075,000 to Juan Jimmie Lee Aldeguer and $175,000 to the Estate of Bruce Perdue.
