Adds a new definition of "agricultural tourism" as commercial activity conducted on a working farm for the enjoyment, education, or involvement of visitors, provided it is accessory and secondary to principal agricultural use and does not interfere with surrounding farm operations.

Amends the definition of "enterprise" under the Agribusiness Development Corporation statute to include businesses engaged in agricultural tourism, allowing the corporation to provide financial support to farming businesses offering agritourism activities.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
