Appropriates funds from general revenues for interdepartmental transfer from the Judiciary to the Department of Law Enforcement for personnel costs.

Addresses a funding shortage created because previous appropriations (Act 164 and Act 70, Session Laws of Hawaii 2023) for law enforcement payroll excluded fringe benefit costs, which are required when using interdepartmental transfers.
