Changes the due date for the Department of Education's annual computer science legislative report from June 30 to October 31.

First report under the new deadline is due October 31, 2025, with subsequent reports due by October 31 each year thereafter.

Allows the Department of Education to include fourth quarter computer science data from schools in the report, providing more comprehensive annual data.

Report continues to include student enrollment numbers and percentages by gender, race/ethnicity, special education status, English language learner status, free/reduced lunch eligibility, and grade level.

Report continues to include information on computer science courses offered, courses with computer science content, and computer science instructor demographics and qualifications.
