Directs the Office of Wellness and Resilience to collaborate with the Department of Human Services to design, administer, and implement a trauma-informed care organizational assessment and training program for the Child Welfare Services Branch.

Requires the program to include evidence-based assessment tools for evaluating the branch's policies regarding trauma-affected children and families, and for measuring worker well-being including vicarious trauma, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout.

Mandates the curriculum include a cohort of trained mentors, branch-wide trauma-informed care training with ongoing technical assistance, specialized supervisor training, and consultation from a child welfare services expert.

Appropriates an unspecified amount (blank in text) from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the Office of Wellness and Resilience for program implementation.

Takes effect on December 31, 2050.
