Amends Section 321-225, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to modify the quorum requirement for the State Emergency Medical Services Advisory Committee.

Changes quorum from "a majority of the members" to "a total of seven members of the advisory committee, who have been appointed by the governor and whose terms have not expired."

Maintains the committee's composition of 20 total members: 3 nonvoting ex-officio members and 17 appointed members representing all counties.

Takes effect upon approval.
