• Appropriates unspecified funds for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 for a sand restoration and dune replenishment pilot project at Hanakaoo Park on Maui, excluding t-groin construction.

• Requires funding for both projects to be split: 25 percent from state general revenues, 25 percent from Maui County, and 50 percent from residents and property owners in the respective project areas.

• Effective date July 1, 3000.
