Adds the Department of Taxation and Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to the list of state agencies required to share data through the Statewide Longitudinal Data System.

Requires data shared by the Department of Taxation or Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to be aggregated or anonymized to protect privacy.

Expands the system to include workforce data from self-employed individuals through tax filings, providing more complete workforce analysis for the state.

Maintains existing data-sharing governance structure where participating agencies jointly determine what data to share and establish protocols for access and research priorities.

Takes effect on July 1, 2025.
