Appropriates $4,411,426.49 from general revenues for fiscal year 2025-2026 to be deposited into the Waiahole water system revolving fund.

Appropriates $426,370 for fiscal year 2025-2026 and $427,172 for fiscal year 2026-2027 for reimbursement to the state general fund of debt service on reimbursable general obligation bonds.

Funds are intended to offset the financial burden of the Agribusiness Development Corporation's debt related to acquiring and maintaining the Waiahole water system, a 26-mile irrigation system constructed between 1912 and 1916 that diverts approximately 27 million gallons of water daily from windward to leeward Oahu.

The Agribusiness Development Corporation is authorized to expend the appropriated sums for the purposes of the Act.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
