Authorizes the director of finance to issue $15,000,000 in general obligation bonds for a capital improvement project at the Kānehili homestead on Oahu.

Appropriates $15,000,000 to the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands for fiscal year 2025-2026 to construct a community hale, new access road, and parking lot.

The community hale will serve as a cultural and educational hub for the Kānehili homestead community, supporting Hawaiian cultural practices and community-based initiatives aligned with the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1920.

Funds will remain available beyond the fiscal biennium, with any unencumbered amounts lapsing on June 30, 2028.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
