Department of Transportation must develop a plan and design to expand the runway at Molokai Airport to accommodate larger aircraft, including analysis of efficient construction technologies for expedited expansion.

Department of Transportation must submit the plan, findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2026 regular session convening.

General revenues are appropriated for fiscal year 2025-2026 to fund the planning and design of the Molokai Airport runway expansion (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Act takes effect July 1, 2077.
