State Board of Nursing must identify one facility in each of Hawaii, Kauai, and Maui counties capable of establishing a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center for the NCLEX nursing licensure exam.

Board shall equip each identified facility with technical and facility requirements necessary to operate as a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center.

Board must submit applications to Pearson Education, Inc. for each facility to be authorized and contracted as a test center.

Board shall submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the regular legislative session.

Act takes effect on December 31, 2050.
