Requires each public school and public charter school to have staff trained and authorized to administer epinephrine, with a minimum of one trained staff member per 100 students or one per floor of each school building with student access (whichever is greater).

Mandates public schools and public charter schools to prominently display clear signs in school buildings describing anaphylaxis symptoms and proper epinephrine administration methods.

Directs the Department of Education to adopt rules under chapter 91 to implement the epinephrine administration requirements.

Appropriates an unspecified amount from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to fund staff training in epinephrine administration at public schools and public charter schools.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
