Changes the Sunshine Law to allow any single member of a board to attend informational meetings or presentations on board business, removing the previous requirement of "two or more members"

Permits board members to participate in discussions during these informational meetings, including discussions among themselves, provided no voting commitments are made

Eliminates the requirement that board members report their attendance and the matters discussed at such informational meetings at the next duly noticed board meeting

Maintains the restriction that informational meetings or presentations must not be specifically and exclusively organized for or directed toward board members

Takes effect upon approval
