Adds a new section to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 508D requiring disclosure that the United States Postal Service cannot deliver mail or packages to a residential real property being offered for sale as a material fact.

Amends the definition of "disclosure statement" to include inability of USPS delivery as a required disclosure item alongside existing requirements under sections 508D-4.5 and 508D-15.

Applies to sellers or their agents in residential real property transactions in Hawaii.

Takes effect upon approval.
