Amends Section 89-5(i)(4) of Hawaii Revised Statutes to clarify that the Hawaii Labor Relations Board (HLRB) has authority to enforce its own orders issued under collective bargaining law, in addition to seeking judicial enforcement under section 377-9(e)

Grants the HLRB explicit power to exercise enforcement of its orders as part of its functions when conducting proceedings on complaints of prohibited practices by employers, employees, and employee organizations

Makes minor grammatical corrections to Section 89-5(i)(5) by replacing "such" with "the" and "these" for improved clarity in describing HLRB hearing and inquiry procedures

Takes effect on July 1, 3000
