Requires condominium associations to provide electronic copies of governing documents (declaration, bylaws, covenants/conditions/restrictions, and house rules) to unit owners or authorized agents upon request at no cost.

Amends section 514B-154.5 to remove associations' authority to charge reasonable fees for administrative costs when handling requests for association documents, though fees for duplication, postage, and stationery may still apply for physical copies.

Allows associations to continue providing documents electronically upon written request from unit owners or authorized agents.

Takes effect upon approval.
