Clarifies labeling requirements for roasted coffee, instant coffee, and ready-to-drink coffee beverages produced in whole or in part from Hawaii-grown and Hawaii-processed green coffee beans.

Requires 100% Hawaii-grown and Hawaii-processed coffee products to display either a single geographic origin or a blend of geographic origins with "All Hawaiian" labeling.

Requires blended coffee products containing both Hawaii-grown coffee and foreign coffee to list the percentage and geographic origin of Hawaii coffee, followed by "Coffee Blend," and to display a "Contains:" statement showing all geographic and regional origins.

Defines "geographic origin" as geographic regions in Hawaii where green coffee beans are produced, and adds new definition of "regional origin" as any coffee growing region outside Hawaii where green coffee beans are grown and processed.

Establishes that blended products must contain a minimum percentage of Hawaii-grown coffee as required under subsection (d)(2) to qualify for Hawaii labeling.
