Establishes provisions for schools to maintain a stock supply of bronchodilators to treat asthma episodes in any student, administered by trained school health assistants or authorized volunteers.

Requires the Department of Education, in collaboration with the Department of Health, to develop a protocol for storage, usage, training, administration parameters, and emergency follow-up procedures for stock bronchodilators.

Authorizes school employees and agents to volunteer to administer emergency medications (epinephrine, glucagon, seizure rescue medication, inhalers, and stock bronchodilators) to students, with required training from qualified health professionals.

Allows schools to obtain bronchodilators through prescription (designated to the school as the patient), dispensed by pharmacists or manufacturers, with refills authorized by licensed prescribers as needed.

Provides liability immunity for schools, employees, prescribers, pharmacists, and health professionals who comply with the bill's requirements, except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct; requires parent/guardian written acknowledgment and indemnification regarding stock bronchodilator use.
