Appropriates state general revenues to the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife for Pololu Valley management and conservation in fiscal year 2025-2026 (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Funds shall support development of the trailhead, parking infrastructure, informational and educational signage, and restroom facilities at Pololu Valley.

Establishes full-time equivalent staff positions to manage the trail area during operational hours.

Addresses current management issues including high tourism impact, lack of restroom facilities, littering, and safety concerns at the Pololu Valley trail.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
