Amends Section 302L-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes to add children of public school teachers as a priority enrollment group in the Executive Office on Early Learning public prekindergarten program.

Extends enrollment priority to children having a parent or guardian who is a public school teacher employed at the school where the child will attend kindergarten.

Requires applications for priority enrollment to include evidence that the child's parent or guardian is ineligible for the child care subsidy program and preschool open doors program, as established by the executive office on early learning.

Maintains existing priorities for underserved or at-risk children and children attending prekindergarten at schools to which they will be assigned for kindergarten entry.

Takes effect upon approval.
