Establishes a Business Activity Water Catchment System Working Group within the Department of Health to assess feasibility of allowing business owners to use filtered water from rainwater catchment systems for business activities.

Working group shall assess types and sizes of businesses suited for water catchment systems, establish a testing program for annual water quality testing, coordinate state and county compliance with plumbing codes, and identify state assistance methods for businesses.

Working group composition includes one senator and one house member serving as co-chairs, the Director of Health or designee, one representative from each county's water supply board/department, and two public members appointed by legislative leaders.

Working group shall report findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2027 regular session and shall dissolve on June 30, 2027.

Appropriates unspecified funds for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to retain a facilitator for the working group and assist the Department of Health with report preparation; bill becomes effective December 31, 2050.
