Requires the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation to submit a report on technology enablement assistance for small businesses in the tourism sector to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 regular session.

Identifies technology adoption as critical for small business competitiveness and addresses burdensome permitting processes that delay economic activity.
