Request the Department of Health to establish a Business Activity Water Catchment System Working Group to assess feasibility of allowing businesses to use filtered rainwater from catchment systems.

Working group composition includes the Director of Health (chairperson), one Senator, one Representative, Board of Agriculture chairperson, one representative from each county's water supply department, and two public members.

Working group shall assess types and sizes of businesses suitable for catchment systems, feasibility of establishing an annual water testing program, compliance with plumbing codes, and state assistance mechanisms for businesses.

Working group must report findings and recommendations, including proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2027 Regular Session convenes.

Working group is requested to dissolve on June 30, 2027.
