Requests the State Auditor to conduct a management and performance audit of the University of Hawaii's Office of the Vice President for Academic Strategy

Audit focus areas include Hawaii P-20 Partnerships for Education workforce pipelines from pre-school through post-secondary education, system-wide career pathway planning aligned with state industry needs, and coordination between four-year universities and community colleges

Requires audit to analyze adequacy of resources (staffing, infrastructure, funding) and provide recommendations for policy and program improvements with implementation timeline

Auditor must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes

Certified copies to be transmitted to the Governor, Auditor, University of Hawaii Board of Regents Chair, University President, Vice President for Academic Strategy, and Hawaii P-20 Partnerships Director
