Requests the State Auditor conduct a sunrise analysis of lactation consultant licensure as proposed under S.B. No. 317 introduced in the 2025 Regular Session.

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session convening.

Cites the lack of current licensure requirements for lactation consultants and the need for greater regulatory oversight of the industry.
