Urges the Department of Agriculture to collaborate with the Agribusiness Development Corporation to pursue United States Department of Agriculture grant funding opportunities.

Aims to provide increased support for local agricultural organizations and entities through federal grant programs.

Supports Hawaii's 2050 Sustainability Plan goal of increasing local food production for local consumption by 2030 through the Aloha+ Challenge.

Recognizes that increased food production requires more available land for agricultural projects and labor for production and distribution.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Agribusiness Development Corporation.
