Urges all state boards and commissions to conduct annual performance reviews of their Executive Directors or persons in equivalent positions who are exempt from civil service law.

Review evaluations must include assessment of whether the Executive Director is meeting state goals and statutory mandates of the board or commission.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to heads of each state department for distribution to respective board and commission chairs.

Applies to Executive Directors and equivalent positions that are appointed by board or commission members and exempt from civil service requirements.
