Directs the Pedestrian Priority Network to identify streets and off-street paths that provide important connections to transit, schools, employment centers, and other major destinations.

Requires certified copies be transmitted to the Mayor, Managing Director, all Honolulu City Council members, and the Director of the Department of Transportation Services.
