Requests the Department of the Attorney General to establish a special intergovernmental task force to eradicate illegal gambling and drug activities in Hawaii.

Task force shall include the Attorney General (chair), Director of Law Enforcement, Director of Transportation, all county police chiefs, planning/permitting directors, and representatives from federal agencies including the U.S. Attorney's Office, Department of Homeland Security, Drug Enforcement Agency, and Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Task force shall examine relevant issues, determine needed resources, and devise a coordinated action plan to address illegal gambling and drug activities.

Task force shall consider establishing a statewide program to identify and eliminate illegal gambling houses and drug houses, and community safe zones requiring gambling-related lands and structures be situated more than 10,000 feet from churches, schools, or residential areas.

Task force shall submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session and shall be dissolved upon adjournment sine die of that session.
