Addresses maintenance failures by current lessee Ho Retail Properties I, Ltd., including persistent leaks, structural concerns, and property deterioration that have caused multiple store vacancies and economic decline.

Seeks to resell the lease at fair market value to a new entity committed to proper property maintenance and commercial revitalization.

Identifies poor property conditions as undermining the Department's mission to manage assets for Native Hawaiian beneficiaries by reducing property value and leasing revenue.

Requires transmission of a certified copy of the concurrent resolution to the Chairperson of the Hawaiian Homes Commission.
