The Office of Consumer Protection of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs is requested to convene a task force to assess issues related to the availability of accessible payment options at towing companies.

The task force should invite stakeholders as deemed appropriate to be members.

The Office of Consumer Protection must submit a report of findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2026.

Certified copies of this concurrent resolution shall be transmitted to the Director of Transportation and Executive Director of the Office of Consumer Protection of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
