Requests the Department of Education to establish a pilot program making trained and authorized staff available in all public schools and charter schools to administer epinephrine for anaphylaxis treatment.

Requires a minimum of one trained staff member per 100 students or one per floor in each school building, whichever is greater.

Mandates clearly legible signs in each school building displaying anaphylaxis symptoms and proper epinephrine administration methods.

Requires the Department of Education to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes.
