Requests the Auditor to conduct an impact assessment of House Bill No. 556 H.D. 1, which proposes mandatory health insurance coverage for colorectal cancer screenings, in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 23-51 and 23-52.

Requires the Auditor's report to assess both social and financial effects of the proposed health insurance mandate, including coverage scope, target populations, utilization limitations, and standards of care.

Directs the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2026 convenes.

Notes that colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer in Hawaii and nationwide, with deaths largely preventable through increased access to preventive screening.

Requires certified copies of the concurrent resolution be transmitted to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner.
