Requests the corporation to increase focus on cybersecurity to protect local businesses, with opportunity to collaborate with the United States Department of Defense and other federal agencies given Hawaii's large military presence.

Aims to reduce Hawaii's reliance on imports, accelerate product delivery to consumers, lower the state's cost of living, and increase self-sufficiency and long-term economic sustainability.

Requires a certified copy of the resolution be transmitted to the Executive Director of the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation.
