Requests the Auditor to conduct a sunrise review of the registration and regulation of doulas as proposed by House Bill No. 434 from the 2025 Regular Session.

Defines doulas as trained professionals providing non-medical emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after childbirth, distinct from midwives who provide clinical care.

Notes that several states have Medicaid reimbursement programs for doula services to improve maternal health outcomes for underserved populations.

Requires the Auditor to submit findings to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session.

Mandates transmission of a certified copy of the concurrent resolution to the Auditor.
