Addresses current practice where enrollment coordinators mark students as "unvaccinated" if they claim exemption for any single vaccine type, regardless of vaccination status for other required vaccines.

Seeks more accurate vaccination status assessment to enable the Department of Education to determine herd immunity levels and take proactive health measures during disease outbreaks.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Superintendent of Education and Director of Health.
