Requests the Department of Human Services and Department of Health to establish a program to incentivize Community Care Foster Family Homes (CCFFHs) to accept individuals eligible for the State's Medicaid I/DD waiver program.

Identifies CCFFHs as regulated homes providing 24-hour living accommodations, personal care, and homemaker services as a more affordable alternative to institutional care facilities.

Notes that the Medicaid I/DD waiver program is jointly administered by the Med-Quest Division of the Department of Human Services and the Developmental Disabilities Division of the Department of Health to serve residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Acknowledges an insufficient number of CCFFHs in the State currently accept individuals eligible for assistance under the Medicaid I/DD waiver program.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Human Services and Director of Health.
