Urges the County of Maui, Maui Emergency Management Agency, Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, and Department of Defense to conduct real-time wildfire and disaster drills that include community participation.

Calls for drills to be designed with local residents involved in planning, participation, and post-drill evaluations to ensure continuous improvement in disaster preparedness.

Directs the Maui Emergency Management Agency to collaborate with community leaders, local businesses, schools, and other stakeholders to maximize participation and effectiveness of disaster preparedness drills.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Adjutant General, Hawaii Emergency Management Agency Administrator, Maui County Mayor, and Maui Emergency Management Agency Administrator.
