Cites precedent of Hawaii driver's license examinations offered in multiple languages including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and others to accommodate linguistically diverse communities.

Argues Japanese-language licensing would increase timeshare sales to Japanese-speaking visitors and boost their involvement in Hawaii's tourism industry, as timeshare owners are more likely to return regularly and support local economies.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, the Real Estate Commission Chairperson, and the Commission's Supervising Executive Officer.
