Requests County of Maui to complete the transfer of the Hui Roads, including Hui Road F in West Maui, from the Judiciary to the County as previously agreed upon between the State and County.

Identifies the Hui Roads as "roads in limbo" whose unclear ownership and maintenance responsibilities have caused prolonged deterioration, safety hazards, and impeded emergency response efforts.

Acknowledges that the Judiciary has prepared a quitclaim and taken steps to convey the roads, but the County of Maui has not yet accepted ownership despite previous acknowledgment of the necessity to do so.

Strongly encourages the County of Maui to allocate appropriate funding and resources for immediate repair and ongoing maintenance of these roads to address safety concerns.

Directs certified copies of the Resolution to be transmitted to the Administrative Director of the Courts, Mayor of Maui County, Chair of the Maui County Council, and Director of Transportation of the County of Maui.
