Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources to establish a program enhancing accessibility and recreational opportunities in state park wilderness, trails, and facilities within Maui County

Requests DLNR research and incorporate best practices from successful accessibility programs, including Colorado Parks and Wildlife's Track-Chair Program and California's Mount Shasta Trail Association wheelchair-accessible wilderness trails

Encourages DLNR to collaborate with disability advocacy organizations, community members, and private entities to develop and implement the accessibility program

Requires DLNR to submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session, including funding requirements, implementation locations, and timelines

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Governor, Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, Maui County Mayor, and Maui County Council Chair
