• Endorses and reaffirms support for the Aloha+ Challenge, Hawaii's sustainability framework established in 2014 with six goals to be achieved by 2030: clean energy transformation, local food production and consumption, smart sustainable communities, green workforce and education, solid waste reduction, and natural resource management

• Recognizes the eleventh anniversary of the Aloha+ Challenge and acknowledges Hawaii as the first and only U.S. state to submit a Voluntary Local Review to the United Nations on progress toward sustainable development goals

• Recognizes the Hawaii Green Growth UN Local2030 Hub as a voluntary public-private partnership that tracks progress through the Aloha+ Dashboard and develops the State's Voluntary Local Reviews for United Nations submission

• Directs transmission of certified copies of this resolution to the Governor, executive department directors, Office of Hawaiian Affairs Board of Trustees Chair, and all county mayors
