Requests the State Auditor to conduct a management and performance audit of the University of Hawaii's Office of the Vice President for Academic Strategy

Audit should focus on Hawaii P-20 Partnerships for Education's work creating workforce pipelines from pre-school through post-secondary education, system-wide career pathway planning aligned with state economic demands, and coordination agreements between four-year universities and community colleges

Audit must include analysis of resource adequacy (staffing, infrastructure, funding), recommendations for policy and program improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes, and a timeline for implementing recommended changes

Auditor must submit report findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes

Certified copies to be transmitted to the Governor, Auditor, University of Hawaii Board of Regents Chair, University of Hawaii President, Vice President for Academic Strategy, and Director of Hawaii P-20 Partnerships for Education
