Urges all state boards and commissions to conduct annual performance reviews of their Executive Directors or persons in equivalent positions who are exempt from civil service law

Reviews should include evaluations of whether Executive Directors are meeting state goals and statutory mandates of their respective board or commission

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to heads of each state department

Requests state department heads forward the resolution to chairs of their respective boards and commissions that employ Executive Directors or equivalent positions exempt from civil service law
