Urges the Department of Education to establish a pilot program at Ewa Beach Elementary School providing ice cream as a dessert option for students with good attendance.

Aims to increase student morale and encourage consistent school attendance through positive reinforcement incentives.

Requires the Department of Education to monitor the pilot program's effectiveness and submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2027 Regular Session.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be sent to the Superintendent of Education, the Chairperson of the Board of Education, and the Principal of Ewa Beach Elementary School.
