Requests Department of Education to establish a pilot program making trained and authorized staff available in each public school and charter school to administer epinephrine.

Requires minimum staffing levels equal to the greater of one trained staff member per 100 students or one per floor in each school building accessible to students.

Mandates clearly legible signs in each school building displaying anaphylaxis symptoms and proper epinephrine administration methods.

Requires Department of Education to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2026 Regular Session.
