• Requests the State Auditor to assess the social and financial effects of a proposed mandate requiring health insurance coverage for intravenous ketamine therapy to treat depression

• Requires the assessment to be conducted pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 23-51, which mandates auditor review before any health insurance mandate can be considered legislatively

• Auditor must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes

• Certified copies of the resolution must be transmitted to the Auditor and Insurance Commissioner
