• Director of Health is requested to convene a Water Fluoridation Working Group to determine best practices and address obstacles to fluoridating Hawaii's drinking water.

• Working Group shall consist of the Director of Health (as Chairperson), representatives from the Board of Water Supply of Honolulu, Department of Water of Kauai, Department of Water Supply of Maui, and Department of Water Supply of Hawaii.

• Working Group must submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session.

• Working Group is requested to dissolve on June 30, 2026.
