Requests the Department of Health to convene an Aeromedical Services Working Group to address gaps in emergency air ambulance services across Hawaii.

Working group membership includes 13 members: Department of Health Director, legislative representatives, emergency management directors from each county, healthcare associations, health systems, independent providers, and emergency aeromedical services providers.

Working group directed to study and assess emergency aeromedical services needs statewide and by county, and develop plans, procedures, protocols, and funding recommendations to improve air ambulance service stability and predictability.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes.

Working group dissolves on June 30, 2026.
